Located directly on one of the most beautiful stages of the Pieterpad and within walking distance of the Rhine River and recreational lake De Bijland. The B&B has 2 rooms with private bathrooms and a private entrance through the impressive church doors at the front.

B&B Het Schipperkerkje is located on the Rhine in Tolkamer in the municipality of Zevenaar in Gelderland. It is located 1 kilometer from Lobith and, seen from Germany, is the first berth.
The village’s name comes from the time when boaters transporting cargo from Germany to the Netherlands had to pay a toll there at the so-called “tolkamer”(wikipedia).
Runners on the Pieterpad pass B&B Het Schipperkerkje on the Braamt – Millingen aan de Rijn stage. Most runners stop at our B&B for an overnight stay and walk the next day to Millingen and then the stage Millingen – Groesbeek.
By car from the Netherlands our B&B is best reached via the A12, from Germany via the A3(directions).
